This Privacy Policy explains how BODECKER Productions, LLC ("BODECKER," "we," "us") handles information when you use the BODECKER Productions Affiliate Platform (the "Platform"), including as an affiliate, donor, ticket buyer, or visitor.

- Account & application details — such as your name, email, phone, organization, website or social profile, location, and the information you provide in the affiliate application.
- Activity data — referrals, donations, ticket purchases, commissions, and dashboard usage.
- Payment-related data — handled by our payments partner, Stripe. We receive limited confirmation details (such as transaction status) but do not collect or store your full card or bank numbers.
- Technical data — such as device, browser, and cookie identifiers used for referral attribution and to operate the Platform.
3. How we use information
- To operate the Platform and provide affiliate dashboards, tracking, and reporting.
- To review applications, manage approvals, and communicate with you.
- To attribute referrals and calculate commissions and payouts.
- To process donations and ticket purchases through Stripe.
- To maintain security, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
4. Cookies and referral tracking
We use cookies to attribute referrals to affiliates for a defined window (currently 30 days) and to keep you signed in and operate the Platform. If you disable cookies, some features — including accurate referral attribution — may not work.
5. Payment processing
Donations, ticket purchases, and affiliate payouts are processed by Stripe. Your payment and banking details are collected and stored by Stripe under its own privacy practices and security standards, and are not stored on our servers. Affiliate payouts may require identity verification handled directly by Stripe.
6. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information with service providers who help us operate the Platform (such as Stripe for payments and email providers for communications), and where required by law or to protect our rights, users, and the public. We may share aggregated or de-identified information that does not identify you.
7. Data retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Platform, meet legal and accounting obligations (including records of transactions and payouts), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your choices and rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may opt out of non-essential communications, subject to applicable law and our legal and record-keeping obligations. To make a request, contact us using the details below.

The Platform is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
