User Data Deletion
How to request that we delete your data from the BODECKER Productions Affiliate Platform.
Last updated: 2026. This page explains how to request deletion of your data, including any data obtained through connected social accounts.
1. Your right to deletion
You can ask BODECKER Productions, LLC ("BODECKER," "we," "us") to delete the personal data we hold about you in connection with the BODECKER Productions Affiliate Platform (the "Platform"). This includes data you provided directly and data obtained from social networks you chose to connect, such as Facebook and Instagram.
2. How to request deletion
Send a deletion request by email to affiliates@bodeckprod.grayworkstech.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." Please send it from the email address associated with your account and include:
- Your full name and the email address on your account.
- Whether you want your entire account deleted, or only specific data (for example, a connected social account).
- If applicable, which connected social account(s) you want removed.
We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request to protect your account.
3. Removing connected social accounts
If you connected a social account (for example, a Facebook Page or Instagram account) to publish your events, you can disconnect it yourself at any time:
- Sign in and go to Dashboard → Social accounts, then remove the connected account.
- You can also remove the Platform's access from the social network itself — for Facebook, visit Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites and remove BODECKER Productions.
Disconnecting a social account deletes the access tokens and channel connection we stored for it. If you would also like the related records deleted from our systems, include that in your email request above.
4. What gets deleted
When we process an account deletion request, we delete or de-identify the personal data associated with your account, including your profile and application details, connected social account tokens, and contact information, subject to the retention exceptions below.
5. What we may retain
We may retain limited information where we are required or permitted to do so by law — for example, records of donations, ticket purchases, commissions, and payouts needed for accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, and legal-compliance purposes. Payment and banking details are held by our payments partner, Stripe, under its own practices and are not stored on our servers. Where we retain such records, we limit their use to those purposes.
6. Timing
We aim to acknowledge deletion requests promptly and to complete them within 30 days, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law. We will let you know if we need additional time or information.
