RETURN OF THE HOLIDAY BALL

The opportunity to become a Founding Sponsorship Member of the campaign to revive the famous " Gents of Metro Holiday Ball " with John " Big DaDDy BODECKER " of BODECKER PROductions LLC., one of the three founding members of The Holiday Ball with The Gents of Metro. Our last Holiday Ball was December 2019, just at the beginning of the Pandemic. Our 2500 plus guest/patrons of the Holiday Ball have been asking for it's return since the pandemic ended. That time has come ! I have opened up my platform " BODECKER PROductions LLC, as a Social Business - ( our business is SOCIALIZING ) You can help in the " RETURN OF THE HOLIDAY BALL " campaign/project by purchasing a $150 Founding Sponsorship Member package. The 1st 100 patrons to buy into our Founding Sponsorship member platform will get: 1. FREE Ticket to the Holiday Ball 2. The right to participate in a SPECIAL 20% profit sharing pool set aside, available after all bills are paid. 3. First right of refusal to be one of the 1st 100 Founding Sponsorship Members for all future Holiday Balls. 4. The right to only take half of your portion of the 20% profit sharing pool and roll the other half into the 4 Month Certificate of Deposit used to grow our operating budget for future events & activities. NOTE: Every 3 or 4 months once the Certificate of Deposit "CD" matures we will have a " Social Business Meeting to disperse the 20% profit pool sharing from the CD, and discuss future events and campaigns to purchase senior homes or apartments for example. So, get your Sponsorship money in ASAP. Only the 1st 100 will be entitled to the SPECIAL RIGHTS previously stated. DISCLAIMER: It is completely understood that your purchase of a Founding Member Sponsorship is for the purpose of REVIVING our FABULOUS HOLIDAY BALL that The Gents of Metro hosted for more than 20 years, ending January 2020 - Now being REVIVED by you the patrons, guided and organized by BODECKER PROductions LLC with NO EXPECTATION OF A RETURN ON INVESTMENT. Although, It is anticipated that a small, minor profit will be generated and shared/divided between the 1st 100 Founding Sponsorship Members every 3 or 4 months provided they ROLL OVER HALF their share of the profit pool allotment into the next CD ( NOT MANDATORY you can take your total share of the pool allotment and not participate in the next CD contribution & profit sharing round). Here is a small basic example of what our profit sharing pool could possibly look like: ( This is a small very easy to understand basic example of how the profit sharing pools are setup ) If after paying all the bills for the event/Ball there is $100 profit 20% or $20 will be split between the 1st 100 Founding Sponsorship Members ( no other requirements ) 20% or $20 will be split between those wanting to earn $ for selling tickets/ Marketing via a URL link personal to only you, so you can put on your social media/text/email when someone buys a ticket from your link you get 10% of the ticket price in your backoffice acct. to be paid to you after the event is ratified and funded. ( NOTE: YOU ARE REQUIRED TO SELL 25 TICKETS TO GET TO SHARE IN THE 2ND 20% POOL FOR TICKET SELLERS ) The 3rd 20% pool is for committee members who volunteer and/or selected, nominated to work on task needed to support the event - such as the Entertainment Committee used to find the bands, DJs, etc. The other 40% of the profits is for operating expenses, Executive team/board and the initial money to start the CD profit sharing rollover program will come from this 40% Executive Operations Pool.
